The house was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived at the home on the 1500 block of Lanai Way at about 3 a.m.
It took 40 firefighters more than 30 minutes to bring the two-alarm fire under control. The said big trees and live wires created obstacles in the fire fight.
Part of the home collapsed and looks to be a complete loss.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
