Authorities said the suspect gained entry into four homes through an unlocked rear door or window on Feb. 2 between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.
In one of the incidents, the resident was at home, and the victim was able to scare the suspect away.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic male in his early 20s, wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans and a blue baseball cap.
