Blake Lively files restraining order against alleged stalker

LOS ANGELES

Sergei Mifle, who is in his 20s, allegedly made repeated phone and email contact with Lively's mom, telling her he was "deeply concerned" about her daughter and claimed he needed to help her because she was troubled.

Lively claimed Mifle was an obsessed fan who said he felt a "metaphysical" and "spiritual" connection to the actress.

Lively also claimed that on Feb. 1, Mifle appeared on the set of her hit TV show and told security that he was there to see her and "guide" her. He stayed there all day, watching and following her with his eyes. He has also contacted Lively's mother on multiple occasions since that time, each time reiterating that Lively needed his help.

Fearing for her personal safety and the safety of her mother, the 24-year-old actress asked a judge to issue a restraining order.

Lively stated in her declaration to the court that she is worried Mifle might harm her, and the idea of him showing up on set while she's working frightens her tremendously.

Lively claimed that Mifle's stalking behavior intensified in February, causing Lively and her mother significant distress and anxiety.

As of now, Mifle is ordered not to have any contact with Lively and her mother. He is also required to stay at least 100 yards away from their house, vehicle and places of work. A hearing to make the restraining order permanent is set for March 2.
