Show producer George Perkins told the jury Sheridan was late for work 50 percent of the time, and he thought the so-called "slapping incident" between Sheridan and Cherry was a minor incident. A human resources official later gave similar testimony.
Cherry has claimed he only tapped Sheridan on the head to instruct her about a scene. Sheridan is seeking $6 million in damages, alleging battery and wrongful termination.
