Potentially damaging testimony came for Nicollette Sheridan on Friday in her "Desperate Housewives" lawsuit against show creator Marc Cherry.

Show producer George Perkins told the jury Sheridan was late for work 50 percent of the time, and he thought the so-called "slapping incident" between Sheridan and Cherry was a minor incident. A human resources official later gave similar testimony.

Cherry has claimed he only tapped Sheridan on the head to instruct her about a scene. Sheridan is seeking $6 million in damages, alleging battery and wrongful termination.
