The 12-year-old girl was walking home from school at about 3:10 p.m. Monday near 171st Street and Ardath Avenue when police say the man exposed his genitals while in the driver's seat and then drove away.
Torrance police describe the suspect's vehicle as an older model light blue or teal two-door car with chipped paint. The suspect is said to be clean shaven, in his 30s or early 40s with wavy black hair with some gray. Authorities say this appears to be an isolated incident.
