In week two of the dance battle, the couples will perform either the Quickstep or the Jive.
In last week's season premiere, classical singer Katherine Jenkins and "Family Matters" child star Jaleel White found themselves at the top of the leaderboard with a score of 26.
Tennis legend Martina Navratilova, actress Melissa Gilbert and singer-songwriter Gavin DeGraw all tied for last place with 20 points.
This season of "Dancing with the Stars" is off to a strong start, and for the pros who have been around for many years, it's downright startling.
"I think having a lot of nines in week one is pretty amazing," said professional dancer Karina Smirnoff. "I don't know how far we can go, maybe we need new paddles with 11, 12 and 13."
