A man has been accused of elder abuse and theft in San Bernardino and other counties, and authorities are hoping to track down his victims.

Arturo Carrillo Lozano, 50, would allegedly prey on the elderly by offering to help them with construction-type odd jobs around their homes in exchange for money. Upon payment, Lozano would not start the work or leave the work incomplete.

Lozano is currently in custody, but the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office believes he has actively worked in various locations throughout the San Bernardino, Riverside and Los Angeles county areas.

Anyone who thinks they have been victimized by Lozano should call the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office at (909) 891-3530.
