The movie took in just over $61 million this weekend. It is on pace to surpass the domestic totals of the "Harry Potter" and "Twilight" movies.
In second place was the action flick "Wrath of the Titans" with just over $34 million. Third was Julia Roberts in "Mirror Mirror," with $19 million and "21 Jump Street" and "Dr. Seuss' The Lorax" rounded out the top five.
The top films of the weekend were:

9. "A Thousand Words," $915,000.
10. "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island," $835,000 ($2.2 million
