The body of the 25-year-old man was found in a fifth floor apartment of the Villa Sir Francis Drake apartments. According to police, neighbors reportedly heard a man screaming around 2:40 a.m.
The victim, whose name is being withheld, had stab wounds to his head and a knife in his back.
Witnesses told investigators they saw a man riding away on a bicycle. There hasn't been an arrest.
