The neighborhood watch volunteer is accused of fatally shooting 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in February.
The judge in the case recently revealed that her husband works with an Orlando attorney who was initially approached by Zimmerman's family to represent him, which presents a conflict of interest.
But the Orland attorney declined to take the case and Zimmerman is now being represented by a different attorney.
