Stacie Halas, an eighth grade teacher from Haydock Junior High, got into hot water with the Oxnard School District last month when her students spotted her in a porn video on the Internet. The video was apparently made before she became an Oxnard teacher.
Halas has 30 days to appeal the trustees' decision to fire her. She had been placed on administrative leave while the district investigated.
