Norwalk church camera theft suspect caught; second suspect sought

One of two men wanted for stealing video cameras from a Norwalk church was caught and arrested.

Detectives said tips from the public led them to 21-year-old Hector Munoz of Norwalk. His face was captured on video when he allegedly stole the cameraS last month from the LVN Church on the 11000 block of Alondra Boulevard.

Munoz was booked by Norwalk sheriff's detectives for theft and an unrelated outstanding arrest warrant.

A second suspect remains at large, but detectives know what he looks like.

Both suspects were seen riding on bicycles before one of them climbed up on the side of the building and removed the two security cameras.
