Kora Raye Choe decided to make her debut in the restaurant's parking lot early Saturday morning instead of waiting for the hospital.
Her father, an El Monte police officer, was driving his wife to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, but baby Kora couldn't wait.
Choe helped his wife deliver the baby in the front seat of their Ford Expedition.
Baby and mom are doing well. This is the couple's fourth child.
