Vanessa Lopez, 22, was arrested last week. The Chino resident works as an aide at Marshall Middle School.
Lopez is accused of having the inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old student from Pomona High School. It was not immediately known how she met the teenager.
Police said the alleged relationship occurred off campus and after school hours.
