SANTA ANA, Calif. --
An Orange County stage actor has pleaded not guilty to fatally shooting two college students and beheading one of the victims.
Prosecutors say Daniel Wozniak shot Samuel Herr twice in the head two years ago in an attempt to steal his money. Herr's body parts were later found in a Long Beach park.
He then allegedly lured Herr's friend, Juri Kibuishi, to Herr's apartment and killed her.
