Dramatic New York hit-run caught on tape

Dramatic surveillance video captured a hit and run crash and also helped find the driver.

The video shows a driver hitting a man and sending him flying through the air. He came within inches of hitting two other people. But amazingly, no one was seriously hurt.

Thanks to the video, police caught the hit and run driver within just a few minutes. Police aren't sure if he was targeting the victim.
