Earlier this week, Witherspoon's mother, Betty, petitioned a judge to have her estranged husband's recent marriage annulled. He apparently married another woman in January, even though he and Betty Witherspoon never divorced.
Betty Witherspoon believes the woman is trying to take advantage of her husband's weak mental state.
