LOS ANGELES --
A passerby discovered a dead body in Los Angeles Tuesday afternoon.The passerby found the body around 4:45 p.m. on Mulholland Drive near Woodrow Wilson Drive and immediately notified police. The LAPD Hollywood division responded. The body was reportedly very decomposed.
