Crews search for baby in woods near Wrightwood; jogger says he heard cries

Search and rescue crews were called out to a wooded area near Wrightwood after a jogger said he heard a baby crying.

The runner was in the area of State Route 2 and Big Pines Highway when he heard the cries. He called for help around 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Fire and sheriff's rescue teams searched the area for hours but did not find anything. The search was called off overnight.
