Casey Anthony's attorney reveals undisclosed evidence

NEW YORK

Jose Baez has just published a book called "Presumed Guilty, Casey Anthony: The Inside Story " on the high-profile murder case. In it, he claims there was bombshell evidence that was never revealed and may have been withheld by prosecutors.

"On the day that Caylee died, someone on the Anthony home computer, ran searches for 'foolproof suffocation' and 'venturing into the pro-suicide pit,' which are basically suicide-related searches that were done an hour after George Anthony said she left the home," Baez said on "Good Morning America" on Thursday.

Baez also said Anthony has serious mental health issues and had built a fantasy world, but that he believed in her innocence because he corroborated everything she told him. She adamantly insisted that she had nothing to do with Caylee's death, Baez said, and refused to take an early plea deal.

Baez contends Caylee accidentally drowned in the family swimming pool, and that George Anthony hid the body.

Anthony is living in an undisclosed location in Florida serving probation for an unrelated conviction. Her probation ends on Aug. 21.

"She's doing a lot better than she was in prison," Baez said, but then added: "She's a prisoner of her own freedom."
