Police responded to a radio call of a 911 hang-up from the store and word of a possible shooting victim at the scene Wednesday at about 3:15 p.m.
Officers found a 48-year-old woman with multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene, officials said.
The victim's identity was not immediately released.
Witnesses said a man entered the store, argued with the victim, and then opened fire before fleeing the scene.
