Blix Street residents say a limb from a tree fell Saturday afternoon and landed on top of a car with a woman and baby inside. They weren't hurt.
A representative from L.A. City Councilman Tom Labonge's office reportedly showed up to helped remove the branch from the woman's car.
However neighbors are concerned more branches could fall and say L.A. city street maintenance crews told them they couldn't clean up until Monday.
