2 arrested breaking into Arrowhead Water facility

VENTURA, Calif.

Ventura police officers on patrol responded to a commercial burglary in progress at 52 Julian Street at about 12:55 a.m. Upon arrival, officers heard cargo doors opening and closing.

A perimeter was set up around the property and officers made contact with two suspects. One suspect took off running, but was located hiding in nearby bushes and arrested. A second suspect was also arrested in the area.

The subsequent investigation determined the two suspects had broken into the Arrowhead property, used hand trucks on the property to remove numerous cases of drinks and water from trucks, then brought them outside to be retrieved later.

Ventura residents Luis Reynoso, 32, and Sonia Robledo, 42, were arrested and booked at Ventura County Jail on charges of commercial burglary and conspiracy to commit a crime.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing. If your information leads to an arrest, you could receive a cash reward of up to $1,000.
