Early Thursday morning someone saw two men using a blowtorch to cut out an ATM from a Chase Bank branch on Boulder Avenue and called authorities, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Dept.
The two suspects fled before deputies arrived. There were both reportedly wearing dark-colored hooded sweatshirts.
