Officials are still trying to figure out what happened in the moments before the SUV he was driving slammed into a fire hydrant and ripped a light pole from the ground.
Investigators are still interviewing witnesses in the neighborhood.
Friday they spoke to at least one woman who was standing in the street and saw what happened.
"I saw that kid just take that corner, he was out of control. And what bothers me is his friend was hiding in a car over here, and he was following that kid," said "Jeanette," a witness to the incident.
Police say on Wednesday night Samsonian was behind the wheel of a white SUV driving westbound on Magnolia Blvd. He smashed into a fire hydrant, sending water gushing into the air, and he tore through a light pole at the corner of Magnolia and Ben Ave. just east of Laurel Canyon Blvd.
The live wires under the light pole came into contact with the water.
Burbank resident Irma Zamora, 40, was driving by. She saw what happened and went to help. She was electrocuted when she stepped in the water.
The second Good Samaritan was identified as 39-year-old Stacey Schreiber. Her apartment was just a few feet away from the accident scene. Police say all her relatives live out of the state.
People are placing candles and flowers at the memorial where the accident happened. They still can't believe that acts of kindness could end so tragically.
