Passenger arrested with concealed dagger at LAX checkpoint

A passenger was arrested Sunday for carrying a dagger with a 3.5-inch blade through a screening checkpoint at Los Angeles International Airport.

TSA agents confiscated the dagger that was in a carry-on bag at LAX Terminal 2.

The unidentified passenger had a ticket for a TACA Airlines flight from Los Angeles to San Salvador.
