Police said they received calls of two armed suspects chasing people around after an event at Santa Ana High School Monday night. Three people were robbed.
Officers found one of the suspects, had some type of confrontation and shot him below the waist. Details were not immediately released.
The suspect was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The second suspect got away. No officers were injured.
