Firefighters were called to La Brea Avenue near 21st Street at about 12:30 a.m. A 4-inch main break caused flooding in front of businesses along La Brea Avenue.
The intersection of La Brea Avenue and 21st Street was closed as crews worked to repair the break. The duration of the closure was unknown.
No property damage was reported. A nearby freeway exit ramp was also reportedly flooded.
