Officials say the gunman pulled got out of a black vehicle outside of an apartment in the 1000 block of Park Street near Bixby Avenue and opened fire.
The suspect then got back inside the car and took off.
One victim was found with multiple wounds. He was rushed to St. Francis Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
