Boyle Heights Food 4 Less shooting injures woman

BOYLE HEIGHTS, LOS ANGELES

The shooting happened just before 9 p.m. at the Food 4 Less store near the corner of East 1st and Mott streets.

Police said the woman was shot in the leg after getting into an argument with another woman who was with a group.

The four suspects fled, but police took them into custody a short time later. The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.
