180 pumpkin pies worth 2K stolen in South Pasadena

PASADENA, Calif.

The pumpkin pies, which were destined for Thanksgiving dinner tables, were stolen on Monday, Nov. 19, from a locked refrigerated trailer parked near Bristol Farms Market on the 600 block of Fair Oaks Avenue.

According to South Pasadena police, the thieves broke the padlock with an unknown device.

Police are processing fingerprints they found in hopes of catching the suspects responsible.

They believe the thieves may not have known they were stealing dozens, upon dozens of pies.
