The former boxing champ is taking the show on a three-month tour with a three-night stop in Hollywood.
The show, directed by Spike Lee and produced by James L. Nederlander, debuted in Las Vegas and had a limited run on Broadway this past summer.
It traces Tyson's rise from street hood to famous athlete with personal stories about prison, cocaine and the Evander Holyfield ear-biting incident.
The 10-week tour will visit 36 cities including Chicago, San Francisco, Houston, Washington, D.C. and will kick off in Indianapolis on Feb 12.
The show will hit the Pantages Theatre March 8-10.
