A surveillance camera captured a photo of the suspect during the Aug. 19 incident. It happened at a Chevron station on North Sepulveda Boulevard.
The image shows the suspect standing behind the victim, who says she saw a flash go off while a phone was pointed under her skirt.
The suspect left the gas station in a white Honda Accord. Police hope someone recognizes him and comes forward.
