Donald Alan Tuthill, 43, was arrested Thursday at his residence in the 6000 block of Sylvan Drive around 2:11 p.m. According to authorities, Tuthill inappropriately touched a 12-year-old juvenile while the victim was spending the night at his home.
Authorities believe there could be other possible victims since Tuthill had easy access to children through his volunteer work with several community groups.
Tuthill is being held at the Ventura County Pre-Trial Detention Facility on $100,000 bail.
