NFL stadium in downtown LA not happening soon

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES

Friday is the mandated league deadline for teams to file for relocation next season. None are expected to do so, so none are coming to Los Angeles for at least another year.

Two stadium proposals await the prospective team. Farmers Field is ready to be built in downtown L.A., on the side of the Los Angeles Convention Center's West Hall, right next to the Staples Center and L.A. Live.

A competing stadium is proposed for the city of Industry.
