Officers found a man lying in the street suffering from gunshot wounds on the 1500 block of West Kingman Street. The victim was hospitalized in critical condition.
Police believe the shooting occurred after an argument.
The shooting suspect was described as a Latino man in his 20s, standing 6 feet tall with black hair and a stocky build.
