According to investigators, police were dispatched to the 600 block of West Hueneme Road and found a man who had been stabbed. The victim was transported to Ventura County Medical Center, where he underwent surgery, but succumbed to his injuries.
Investigators said they were trying to identify the victim and were following several leads and motives.
No information was released on a possible suspect.
