Mario Flores Cevada, 39, of Santa Paula, was arrested Saturday. Police say Cevada concealed his iPhone to capture images and video of unsuspecting females as they shopped. The women were usually wearing a skirt or dress.
Police also believe he recorded women at other locations throughout Ventura County, including Target in Camarillo.
Oxnard police are asking anyone with information on Cevada or anyone who may have seen him at any stores to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-8477.
