With the release of "The Lone Ranger" about three months away, Disney announced that Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer will answer questions about the much-anticipated film in a live online session.

The two actors will discuss the adventure film on April 17 after showing 20 minutes of exclusive footage to about 400 fans at a Las Vegas theater.

Director Gore Verbinski and producer Jerry Bruckheimer will also participate in the session.

Fans can submit questions about "The Lone Ranger" through Twitter, but the extended footage is just for those in Las Vegas.

The session is set to stream live on Yahoo Movies and Livestream.

The event coincides with the annual CinemaCon convention, where Disney is expected to offer a similar presentation for theater owners.

"The Lone Ranger" is expected to hit theaters July 3.
