Police said 31-year-old Anthony Barragan suffered stab wounds to his buttocks. The altercation occurred at a residence on the 8800 block of Northbank Drive in Ventura.
Barragan was transported to Ventura County Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
The cause of the attack is still under investigation. Anyone with information regarding the altercation was asked to contact the Ventura Police Department at (805) 339-4441.
