Slick roads are being blamed for several accidents, including one in Pomona, where one person was rushed to the hospital. The person's condition was not immediately known.

The wind has been a big issue for the Antelope Valley. A dust storm in Lancaster brought the visibility down to zero on Sunday. A high-wind warning was issued for the area until 3 a.m. Tuesday.

Expect clouds and cool temperatures Monday with highs in the mid-60s in the Los Angeles-Metro area, Orange County, Inland Empire, Valleys and high desert. The mountains will see breezy conditions with temperatures in the 50s.
