Deputies responded to the intersection of Las Rosas Road and Osprey Street at about 7:10 p.m.
Upon their arrival, police found a male victim inside a vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Medical personnel rushed to the scene but the victim succumbed to his injuries.
The victim has not been identified.
The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made.
