The latest incident happened on Hubbard Street, near Atlantic Boulevard, in East Los Angeles on July 1 at about 8:15 p.m. Authorities say Oscar Iturralde pulled up alongside a teen and her younger brother in a white Toyota pickup truck, and then exposed himself.
They called 911 with a partial license plate number on the truck, which helped investigators track Iturralde down. He was taken into custody on Wednesday and booked for indecent exposure and stalking.
Investigators say Iturralde is also wanted in connection with several other indecent exposure incidents in recent months.
