The incident happened around 4:30 a.m. in the area of Kipling Place and Terrace Avenue. Police responded to the area regarding suspicious subjects.
When police arrived, they said they found Albert Torres, 18, of Oxnard, and two juveniles, also from Oxnard, in the process of burglarizing a vehicle. All three were arrested without incident for vehicle burglary and conspiracy. Torres was also found to be in possession of narcotics paraphernalia.
