Bryce Laspisa of Laguna Niguel has been missing since Friday. His SUV was found overturned on the boat launch at the lake.
Sheriff's deputies say Laspisa was able to break the back window of his SUV and walked away from the crash.
Searches that included a dive team have turned up nothing. Deputies say two dog teams tracked his scent to the edge of the lake.
