Jamie McCourt claimed the settlement was invalid because she was misled about the value of the Dodgers, which later sold for $2 billion.
She says her ex-husband, and former Dodgers owner Frank McCourt, short changed her by $770 million, claiming he knew what the true value of the team was all along.
The McCourts' marriage was dissolved in 2010 less than a year after the Dodgers went into bankruptcy.
In a 57-page ruling, Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon said Jamie McCourt didn't present enough evidence to show that she should get more than what she received in the settlement, which included $131 million tax-free and several luxurious homes.
"Further there is no credible evidence that (Frank McCourt) misrepresented the valuation to her in this case," Gordon wrote.
Jamie McCourt's attorney said he plans to appeal the ruling.
