LAPD received a report of the suspect barricaded at 10:20 a.m. on the 7400 block of Canby Avenue, just east of Reseda Boulevard and Valerio Street.
The suspect remained barricaded for about three hours, then surrendered without incident to police by 2:15 p.m.
