Officers responded to a report of a man with a gun at Terminal 3, which is the same terminal where a TSA officer was killed last Friday.
LAX police told Eyewitness News that a limo driver became suspicious when he saw a man with a gun in the baggage claim area.
Police did find a handgun in the man's checked luggage. The man told police the gun was not loaded. For unknown reasons, he took it out when he was not supposed to. He was arrested and faces charges of brandishing a weapon.
