There's growing concern for the fate of a mother of 5-year-old twins who's been missing since leaving Savoy Entertainment Center in Inglewood on Nov. 6.

Iya Sloan, 30, was last seen on the 200 block of South La Brea Avenue at about 1 a.m., after spending time with friends. The 30-year-old allegedly stepped outside of the club and vanished. She hasn't been seen since.

Her family is extremely concerned for her welfare and says Sloan's disappearance is completely out of character.

Sloan was described as a black female, standing around 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue pants with a gray shirt and gray, open-toed shoes.

Anyone with information regarding this case was urged to contact LAPD Missing Persons Unit Detective Merrill at (213) 996-1800.
